Dr. Shameem Khan is a board certified owner eye doctor in practice since 1994.
Dr. Khan has extensive experience in treating patients of all ages with blurred vision, eye strain, headaches, double vision and dry eyes.
Dr. Khan's passion is to create a positive improvement in her patients' quality of life
by providing the best possible prescription for

dry eye treatments.
Dr. Khan carefully listens to her patients' concerns because that is the only way

Simple tasks like reading and concentrating can become unsustainable.
Dr. Khan's career goals have been to improve and prevent patients from debilitating visual problem loss.
I have a story
that is close to my heart. A patient came to me for a routine eye exam and I noticed that she had glaucoma, which can cause blindness. I informed her, and she said,
"I have been under the care of an ophthalmologist for many years and I am OK". I encouraged her to get a second opinion. She actually did see another doctor.
The second ophthalmologist confirmed glaucoma and did a surgical procedure that same day to prevent her from going blind. The doctor also told her “whoever sent you here saved you from going blind”.
My patient then sent me a long letter with a card thanking me for saving
her sight. That made my day and my career. I will cherish that letter and
card. It’s a stark reminder that I did something worthwhile.
